How do I check my order tracking number?

Go to My account – My orders. You will find out your order details. The tracking number will be updated after 5:00pm everyday after order dispatched.

How long does shipping take?

If you do not receive the item/items 15 Business Days after our Standard Transit Time to your area, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

What are your business trading hours ?

We open Tuesday to Saturday (except public holidays) from 10:00am – 5:00pm.

Pre-Orders

When will i recieve my pre-order?

All dates given for pre-orders are estimates only they can arrive before or after the estimated date.

***IF YOU PURCHASE ANY OTHER ITEMS WITH A PRE ORDER ITEM YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL THE PRE ORDER ITEM HAS ARRIVED IN STORE.***

What payment types do you offer?

We offer secure payments with credit/debit cards. We also offer Afterpay, Latitude Pay and LayBuy as our buy now, pay later options.

What locations do you ship to?

We are happy say we are able to send those good vibes worldwide! Within Australia we use Australia Post and Sendle as our postage carriers. For overseas shipping we use Australia Post. Free shipping within Australia for all orders over $75.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes we do offer Afterpay, we also don’t have any minimum spend to use afterpay. You can use afterpay in store or on the website.

Do you offer mail-in repairs?

Here at JPC we take any repairs, mail-in, store drop off just contact us to arrange your repair.
