Please include inside the package a copy of your name and invoice number

Once you have placed your order please package your phone/device in bubblewrap before you place item in postage bag/box as to stop any further damage in transit.

You must send the item with EXTRA COVER from Australia Post. This insures that you are covered for any loss/damage up to the specified value of your item. If loss/damage does occur you will need to lodge a claim with Australia Post, JPC Mobile Accessories is not liable for any damaged/missing items due to postage.

Once we have received your phone/tablet you will be notified that we have received your item.

Repairs will be completed within 1-3 business days of receiving the device and posted back to you the next business day.

No free shipping is supplied for mail in repairs.
